The 2020 URMC Employee Voice Survey closed on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 11:59pm, meeting it’s goal of 80% participation by employees. 2020 Employee Voice Survey Progress as of 8/21/20

The 2020 URMC Employee Voice Survey is off to a VERY strong start! The survey opened on Monday, August 17, 2020, and as of 10:30 am on Friday, August 21, 2020, we have reached 40% participation. Our overall organizational goal is 80% or higher. Employees who complete the survey and bring their survey receipt to HR will receive a gift, and be entered into a drawing for a larger prize. Performance Manager Training for Employees NOW AVAILABLE!

We are excited to announce the Performance Manager system is now available for all employees to register! This is the new system for performance evaluations and this ensures they are all electronic. Managers have already begun to log in and complete evaluations for employees. Evaluations are due to be complete by July 31, 2020.
