The 2020 URMC Employee Voice Survey closed on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 11:59pm, meeting it’s goal of 80% participation by employees. This is a remarkable level of participation as the national average is normally around 70-75% participation. We appreciate you taking the time from your busy schedules to complete the surveys. The surveys are an important way for leaders to get feedback that might not otherwise be openly shared but could provide useful insight for improvement. The next phase of the surveys will begin soon, once the results are in and shared with leadership. Managers will be asked to review results with the staff and develop an action plan for improvement based on areas that can be directly affected. The action plan should be something that the manager develops with the team so that everyone has buy-in and ownership in the steps to improve.
Now for the FUN STUFF! We promised that we would celebrate if we met our goal and we are planning something very special. The tentative date to celebrate is October 1, 2020. More information will be coming soon and more prizes will be awarded for those who entered to win. Stay tuned!
