The 2020 URMC Employee Voice Survey is off to a VERY strong start! The survey opened on Monday, August 17, 2020, and as of 10:30 am on Friday, August 21, 2020, we have reached 40% participation. Our overall organizational goal is 80% or higher. Employees who complete the survey and bring their survey receipt to HR will receive a gift, and be entered into a drawing for a larger prize. Departments that reach 80% or higher participation will receive something special, and if we reach the 80% organizational goal, we will celebrate with something FUN!
