We are excited to announce the Performance Manager system is now available for all employees to register! This is the new system for performance evaluations and this ensures they are all electronic. Managers have already begun to log in and complete evaluations for employees. Evaluations are due to be complete by July 31, 2020.

All employees will be required to register for the Performance Manager system. Training for employees on how to use the system is in the Document Center on the Employee Portal. Please follow the instructions included in the training to register for your account. To register, you must enter your first name as they are listed on your paycheck stub and the HR system. You will be required to enter your Employee ID# so if you’re not sure what that is, please call the HR Front Desk at extension 1564.
