Following up with what she thought were post-COVID symptoms, Florene “Damaris” Jordan made an appointment with Darryl Knight, M.D., FACS, at Upson Surgical Associates for a colonoscopy, which eventually led to her diagnoses of colorectal cancer.
Damaris found comfort in Dr. Knight’s knowledge and personability. He answered any questions she had and took the time to ensure she and her husband understood the treatment she would need.
Throughout the multiple surgeries she underwent, Damaris says she always felt well-taken care of by Dr. Knight and his team.
