Darryl Knight, M.D., FACS

Dr. Knight is originally from East Point, GA, and earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Fort Valley State University before acceptance to the Morehouse School of Medicine. Dr. Knight has completed five years of residency, with rotations at Columbus Regional Medical Center, Scottish Rite, Grady, and Atlanta Medical Center South. He, along with Dr. Solyomvari, specializes in minimally-invasive surgical techniques that often can help patients recover faster and with less pain than traditional surgery. Dr. Knight is robotically trained on the Da Vinci robot and provides that service to his patients. He joined Upson Surgical Associates in 2013. Dr. Knight is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
