About

Dr. Will has a long history of passionate and purposeful leadership focused on improving and developing organizations and the people within them. He is a leader focused on self-reflection and individual improvement to assure effective communication and development of the entire team.

Dr. Will has provided medical care in all locations asked and required: from point of injury on the battlefield, to the office/clinic, inpatient medicine, ICU, labor and delivery, as well as managing and executing patient care both face to face with patients and at an executive level through a pandemic, electronic medical record transition, and through multiple hospital, system and program level credentialling and certification evaluations. He has practiced emergency medicine continuously since 2013 at levels and facilities from critical-access emergency departments to level 2 trauma centers.

He is focused on improving both the quality and experience of healthcare for all those involved using graduate medical education, credentials, risk management, and all possible areas within a system to make that happen.
