The recipient of The LILY Award should exhibit empathy and a caring attitude in all patient and visitor interactions, demonstrate exceptional skills in their role, maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in the workplace, embody the mission, vision, and values of URMC and establish a special connection with patients, families, or coworkers.
