Ashley Amos, CNM Upson OB/GYN
Ashley is a Certified Nurse Midwife who is deeply committed to caring for women throughout every stage of life and advocating for women’s health and wellbeing. She earned her master’s degree in nurse midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in 2013 and has been providing compassionate, evidence-based care in Central Georgia ever since.
Ashley offers full-scope midwifery care, including gynecologic services, prenatal care, labor and delivery support, and postpartum care. She is dedicated to supporting women and families during pregnancy and childbirth while also promoting lifelong women’s health and empowering her patients through education, support, and personalized care.
With over a decade of experience serving the Central Georgia community, Ashley strives to build trusting relationships with the women and families she serves and to advocate for informed, respectful maternity care.
Outside of her work as a midwife, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband, James, for 23 years, and together they have eight children. James serves as a local pastor, and faith and family play an important role in their lives. Their youngest child has Down syndrome, and Ashley is passionate about raising awareness and educating others about the beauty and value of individuals with Down syndrome.
