Upson Regional Medical Center Announces New Names for Walk-In Primary Care Clinics

Posted on

Upson Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce new names for their existing walk-in primary care clinic locations. Upson Family Medical Center will now be called Upson Family Medical Center Northside, while the Upson Clinic, a department of Upson Regional Medical Center, will now be referred to as Upson Family Medical Center Southside.

With a focus on high quality, no appointment necessary primary care services, both clinics provide walk-in access to healthcare providers. This name change is part of a rebranding strategy designed to align Upson’s two walk-in clinics with easily identifiable names.

Upson Regional CEO Jeff Tarrant commented, “We are so pleased to offer walk-in primary care services at these two locations for the convenience of our middle Georgia population. With our Southside Clinic open every weekday evening, and our Northside Clinic now open every Saturday morning, it has never been easier to reach a trusted Upson primary care provider. We believe this name change will better reflect the type of healthcare services available at each location.”

Upson Family Medical Center Southside is located at 206 Cherokee Road in Thomaston, and Upson Family Medical Center Northside at 1512 Highway 19 North in Thomaston. Southside is open Monday-Friday 11am-7:30pm, and Northside Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
