Jordon will be your FIRST point of contact for any issues with any of your benefit plans. She is the subject matter expert when you have a question about your benefits, need help resolving an issue, need help enrolling, or need anything benefits related.
Jordon has received extensive training on the URMC benefit plans andis recognized as being top notch with customer service. She can provide a quick response to your questions or concerns related to benefits.
