Many employees have been asking for an update on the partial unemployment claims that were filed last week on their behalf. Unfortunately, we have not received an update from the Georgia Department of Labor. We continue to reach out to the agency for assistance and guidance on these claims.

We have added a new document the the Employee Portal Document Center with the instructions that we have from the GDOL regarding what to expect after filing partial unemployment claims, titled Next Steps for Employers After Filing Partial Claims. In this document, there are also instructions for employees to be able to log in and check their status. Since we have not received communication from GDOL regarding this, I cannot guarantee that they have processed any of the information we’ve submitted. Therefore, if you try to log in and cannot get any information, that may be the culprit.

We are hopeful that we will get an update within the next day or so. As soon as we get any information to share, we will let you know. If you log in and get an update on your account, please let HR know. Stay tuned!
